Drainage
Drainage you can depend on
Drainage is out of sight, but problems soon make themselves known. Flooding gardens, slow drains, smells and failing septic tanks can damage your property and cause environmental issues. We install and repair drainage systems as part of our groundwork, extension and new build projects, as well as standalone jobs.

Repairing damaged pipes and diverting drains around new extensions.
Soakaways

Septic tanks and sewage treatment plants
Replacement of old or non-compliant septic tanks, installation of new tanks and sewage treatment plants for properties off mains drainage.
Is your septic tank compliant?
Under the General Binding Rules, septic tanks must not discharge directly into a watercourse such as a stream or ditch. If yours does, it needs replacing or upgrading, usually with a sewage treatment plant or a drainage field. We can assess your system and advise on the best option.

FAQs
Drainage FAQs
What is a percolation test?
A test that measures how quickly water drains into the ground. It tells us whether a soakaway will work and how big it needs to be.
Do I need Building Regulations approval for drainage?
New drainage work usually needs Building Control approval. We’ll advise on what’s required.
How long does a septic tank replacement take?
Most replacements take around one to two weeks, depending on ground conditions and access.
