Extensions built to last and look right
A good extension should look like it was always part of your house. That comes down to the brickwork, and brickwork is what we do best. We take the time to match bricks, mortar colour and bond so the new section sits naturally alongside the original building.
We handle the full build, from groundworks and foundations through to the shell and roof, and can work alongside your architect, structural engineer and other trades.

FAQs
House extension FAQs
Do I need planning permission?
Many single-storey rear extensions fall under permitted development, but it depends on your home and location. Two-storey extensions usually need planning permission.
How long does an extension take to build?
A single-storey extension typically takes 8 to 12 weeks; two-storey builds take longer. We’ll give you a programme with your quote.
Do I need a Party Wall Agreement?
If you’re building on or near a shared boundary, you may need to serve notice under the Party Wall Act. We can point you in the right direction.
Can you work from my architect’s plans?
Yes, and we’re happy to liaise with your architect and engineer throughout.
